I approach each piece with a certain whimsy and intuition. I begin witha mark, rather than a set idea. Then I just see what happens next.
I enjoy creating an unreal space, an other landscape—more mindscape attimes. Most of my work has a chaotic feel to it. Colors smash againstone another, edges bleed together, and lines rise and tangle. Eachpastel is its own poem, with its own hidden codes, with its ownharmonies and disharmonies.
