Sandro Botticelli (painter): The Italian Renaissance painter, born in 1445, is famous for his graceful and elegant works, like "The Venus" and "Primavera," which are full of symbolic detail and flowing lines.

Todays Challenge: Draw a figure with flowing, stylized lines, focusing on creating a sense of graceful movement in the pose and the drapery.

Week #25 | Sketch of the Week is by JDRYDEN

This densely packed sketchbook spread unleashes a chaotic parade of grotesque and fantastical figures. On the left, horned creatures, goblin-like faces, and muscular hybrids crowd the page with exaggerated anatomy and expressive distortion. On the right, a massive monstrous head dominates, its textured surface embedded with smaller faces or skulls, while a skeletal crouching figure lurks below. The linework is aggressive and layered, blending pen and pencil to heighten the eerie atmosphere. The handwritten phrase “PASSWORD: SCUMBAG!” adds a jolt of provocation. The mood is intense and surreal, channeling raw imagination and emotional unrest into a visceral visual tangle.
